I had a wonderful weekend with my family. Eddie brought home cupcakes for Jilly's on Friday night and bought me flowers from Trader Joe's on Saturday. Sunday morning we got dressed and left the house at 7am to go to breakfast (since our kids get up at 5:45am). We knew that it would be crazy at any restaurant on Sunday morning so we decided to beat the crowds. Our choice that morning was First Watch - a neat little breakfast/lunch cafe. After breakfast (it was only 7:45am), we went to Faust Park and did a little park time. Everything was wet so we didn't stay long but it was nice getting fresh air. The rest of the day was pretty low key...just my style!

Happy Mother's Day
I had a wonderful weekend with my family. Eddie brought home cupcakes for Jilly's on Friday night and bought me flowers from Trader Joe's on Saturday. We knew that it would be crazy at any restaurant on Sunday morning so we decided to beat the crowds. Our choice that morning was First Watch - a neat little breakfast/lunch cafe.
