Just an Update

I had a terrific weekend and pretty good Monday, too. I am trying to focus on working out and watching what I eat now so I will be good for bathing suit season. I have been doing a lot photo editing lately which is helping me learn Photoshop Elements. I really enjoy it but I am still doing my traditional scrapbooking, as well. Here is a sample of one of the pages of my brag book. I posted them on Phanfare and Picasa Web. Tell me what you think.

I am working on a winter brag book right now since we already had snow. I just wanted to post a few pics. It is just a template but it is helping learn Photoshop Elements. Let me know what you think!

Paige's Baby Book

I have been hard at work on Paige's baby book and I thought I would post a layout I just completed today. I think it turned out really nice. I will be posting my crafts on my other blog at http://www.natgetscrafty.blogspot.com/. I put links on each blog so that it is easy to reach. I thought it would be easier to keep my crafts on the other blog site so it won't take up so much room on our family site. Enjoy!

Not My Baby Anymore :(

My little boy lost his first tooth tonight. He was so brave and so excited. He didn't complain at all when Eddie took a tissue and pulled it right out. It was hanging on by a thread and we were scared he might swallow it during the night. We put the tooth in a tissue under his pillow and he is excited for the tooth fairy to visit. Look at that adorable smile!!!

Best of Friends

Lately, Shane and Paige have been playing and hanging out together more. It is just so adorable. I am trying to take as many pics as I can but I seem to miss all the really great shots. I did get a couple of cute shots. Makes you want to tackle and kiss them!

Shane is obsessed with playing Mario Kart and Paige is obsessed with watching him. He doesn't mind her watching him unless she starts touching or bothering him. The other pictures are them drawing on their Doodle Pros. Paige has started to draw more on hers and loves to draw circles. Last night she drew an elephant head and started making an elephant sound. It was adorable!

It's Party Time!

Eddie and I took the kids to birthday party on Saturday at noon. I was obviously worried since it was their nap time but it was Eddie's coworker's daughter and we just tried to be optimistic. The party was at Vetta Sports Soccerdome. There was an area at the back where they had the big jump houses and a huge kiddie soccer field with soft balls to kick. The kids played for a few minutes and then decided to just sit on the bleachers. Below are a few play pictures, the bleacher pictures, and in the party room. Overall, it was a pretty good time.

The Nightmare is Finally Over...

I think the stomach flu virus has finally left our home. After Shane puked on me Thursday afternoon Eddie came home feeling horrible and ended up puking in the middle of the night and actually home sick on Friday. Eddie has only been sick a few times since I have known him. Being sick is hard for him. I think we are good now and it is back to the gym tomorrow!!! Yeah!!!
